Biography
Nedim Seferović was born on November 1, 1984 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo. Currently he is pursuing postgraduate studies (LL.M candidate) at the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law at the University of Bihać.
He gained work experience in the field of administrative law with an emphasis on rights from social insurance (pension and disability insurance law), and criminal law. Since 2015, he has been employed in the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton, where he gained significant experience in all areas of criminal law, with a specialization in the field of criminal prosecution of economic crime and corruption.
He has participated in a number of educations, conferences, seminars and trainings in various legal fields. He published several professional papers in domestic professional journals ("Pravna misao", Federal Ministry of Justice; Zbornik radova, Faculty of Law, University of Mostar ...), and in collection of works from international and domestic conferences. As a lecturer, he participated in the Scientific-Professional Conference "Second Forensic Meetings 2019" organized by the Institute for Forensic Psychiatry Sokolac. He cooperated with various non-governmental organizations in the implementation of projects related to human rights advocacy and criminal law. In addition to Bosnian, he actively speaks English and German.
